Event Cancellation Policy
If an event is cancelled, Central Ohio ATD will refund the registration fee to each registrant.Registration/Cancellation Policy
All registrations are acknowledged and accepted regardless of the date of registration.
Registrants may withdraw from an event up to 24 hours prior to the event and receive a full refund. We are unable to refund registration fees for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of the event.
PAYMENT
Central Ohio ATD accepts Visa and MasterCard, and American Express.
E-mail Notifications
As a member, you will receive e-mails from the chapter regarding your membership renewal and events for which you are registered. Members may Opt-in to receive messages from chapter partners, sponsors and advertisers. To change your preference, log in and click View Profile, then click the Edit Profile button and make your changes.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND IMAGES
Central Ohio ATD periodically uses photos related to ATD events and activities that may include images of members or guests, whether individually or as part of a larger group. These photos are used for various chapter publications, including the Central Ohio ATD website, presentations, social media, email marketing, newsletters and ATD printed material By registering for our events, you grant Central Ohio ATD permission to use these images in the manner described above and waive all claims for compensation for such use. NO SOLICITATION - Special Interest Groups (SIG)
All SIG meetings are intended to be informal and topics can change as the meeting progresses. However, vendor solicitation is NOT permitted.
