We all have had that person at work that can be tough to work with, whether it being them dominating the conversation in meetings or just not being a team player.  This could lead to a toxic environment. Why has that person's behavior been tolerated in the office? How has this person affected staff morale and productivity? What is the dynamic fostered at your workplace to allow this type of behavior?  As a Learning & Development Professional, what is it like navigating this toxic environment, while still making an impact?  What if you could address this problem in a fun, dynamic way? Through our play and values workshop, we provide techniques on how to deal with this type of behavior. Finally addressing these issues issue may cause your company or the teams you work with to thrive in ways you once thought impossible.

During this session, you will learn how to:

    • Determine how to address these toxic behaviors in a fun way
    • Recognize and identify the environment that allowed this person to act this way in the first place
    • Utilize your skills as an L&D Professional to help teams claim the values and culture that have made the organization successful to begin with
