Dear Central Ohio ATD Members and Supporters,

My name is Marla Oppenheimer and I’m excited to share that I’ll be serving as President of the Central Ohio ATD Chapter in 2026.  I’m incredibly grateful to be joining a board of fun, inspiring, and talented professionals who are already planning great things for you in 2026. As for me, I’m here to serve our board, members and supporters, and to learn and grow alongside you. I have made connections with many of you but truly look forward to meeting those of you I haven’t connected with yet.

As we look ahead to 2026, our focus will be on a few key priorities that help us continue delivering value to our members and the talent development community:

Offering innovative, relevant, and engaging learning opportunities that help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

Strengthening Connections
Creating a welcoming, energizing space for members to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another.

Expanding Outreach
Reaching new audiences and building partnerships that extend our impact across Central Ohio.

Fostering Leadership
Providing opportunities for members to step up, grow, and lead through meaningful chapter involvement.
