Nancy Rummel, CAE, is founder and president of Nancy Rummel & Associates, a professional coaching and consulting practice focused on helping executive teams and Boards develop their talents and abilities so they succeed with less stress. She is a nationally-known executive coach and leadership consultant, and leads a variety of training workshops and strategic planning sessions. In her professional career, she served as the Executive Director of a national healthcare association for two decades, was CEO of a business and Director of a foundation.
