Are you Rebel-with-a-Cause-Enough to Make it Happen?
Business results stem from organizations agile enough to ‘dance with change’ in their industry and global markets. The change that beleaguers workplaces today is discontinuous, i.e. non-incremental, sudden, unplanned. In order to get business results in this kind of environment, workers and organizations must step up their games - to “be” and “do” very differently.
If organizations want to achieve results, then the growth required is through discontinuous learning: learning that is subjective and brings out the authenticity of individuals whose growth – their beliefs, values, emotional intelligence, strengths and skills sets - provides the wherewithal to respond to unexpected challenges. Since learning how to do this cannot be trained - it must be discovered and uncovered - it takes a Rebel with a Cause to make this happen.
A little bit about our speaker, Janine A. Moon
Janine holds a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s of Science from Bowling Green State University. She has achieved certification as a Master Certified Career Coach (one of six in the world) from The Career Coach Institute where she serves as an Instructor and Mentor Coach. She is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), a past President of the Ohio NSA Chapter and a member of the International Coach Federation. Janine also serves as advisor to Franklin University’s MBA Executive Coaching Program and as an MBA Adjunct Faculty member. She is the author of Career Ownership: Creating ‘Job Security’ in Any Economy published in 2010.
