a follow-up discussion
DO MORE WITH LESS, AGAIN?!

A Sociological Discussion of Workplace Culture

Join us for a follow-up discussion around overwhelm and stress, not only within our organizations but in society.
You don't need to have attended the last session for this one to have impact.

Senior Org Dev Consultant and Sociologist Megan Hysell will offer a follow-up session on how workplace culture leads to overwhelm and stress and we will dive deeper into what talent development professionals can do to truly effect change, not only in our organizations but in society as a whole.

ABOUT THE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION SIG

We provide a forum for COATD members to gain knowledge, learn about best practices, and share resources with one another. This SIG will champion the efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion for talent development professionals to embrace our multicultural workforce.
