Join Bob Mosher and Conrad Gottfredson as they put the "smart" in front of Performance Support in this month's webinar!

Many of the early efforts in Performance Support, even with effective design, require the learner to own and initiate much of the interaction. As Performance Support technologies mature, our understanding of the learner's behavior, best practices, and needs become easier to track and anticipate.

With this information, embedded Performance Support is "smarter" in the way it guides and facilitates the process. These breakthroughs are redefining the discipline, as well as how we traditionally view "help systems".

In this webinar, we will explore new trends and approaches in technology and design enabling Performance Support to proactively guide learners to optimum performance.
