Organizational Development is an essential element of our field in which we all participate to varying degrees. Russ Brock, managing partner of Wargo-Brock Workforce Dimensions, will provide a refresher on the overall processes and methodologies of organizational development. We will discuss best practices, and trends and its role in the world of workplace learning and performance. Russ will also share what this forum has been discussing.

The conversation will include an opportunity to provide input on the upcoming Central Ohio ASTD Forum (Special Interest Group meetings) on this topic.
