About Alex Lefeld:

Alex is an improv performer and educator with over 15 years of experience in the art form. He earned his degree in Theatre from Ohio State University and found after he graduated that his improvisation skills honed throughout his collegiate career allowed him to have great success in the world of Learning and Development. For over 10 years, Alex has had the opportunity to design and facilitate Business Development and Improv Workshop experiences for companies around the world to help them build better teams, participate in authentic communication and grow thriving, productive businesses. He is a co-founder of WitWorks, a consulting service helping companies and organizations inspiring connection and joy amongst their teams.
