Time to Share: The Coaching Experiences that shaped me as a Mentor/Coach.  

Embarking on a coaching journey indeed highlights the importance of learning from experienced mentors. Reflecting on your own experiences, who were the mentors that guided you in coaching? Even if you haven’t been a formal or paid coach, or have had limited training, your insights and experiences are valuable to this discussion. Similarly, if coaching isn’t a part of your daily work, sharing your experiences of being coached can provide a fresh and healthy perspective to our conversation.

MEET THE SIG LEADER

Carey Anne M. Curran is a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist for American Honda Motor Co. in Marysville.
In her role, she manages Honda’s North American leadership development program for senior managers,
is a certified Leadership Circle coach for program participants, facilitates online courses (internal), provides DiSC® Training for individuals and teams, and
supports HR digital functions and projects.
She enjoys achieving clear goals and encouraging learners, leaders and followers to develop,
collaborate and connect.
