In her article, How to Fix Leadership Development Programs for Actual Results Duvaux explores the aspects of leadership that cannot be taught but must be experienced. She discusses how leadership development professionals can create opportunities for leaders
to develop emotional intelligence within their organizations.

Carey Anne M. Curran is a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist for American Honda Motor Co. in Marysville.
In her role, she manages Honda’s North American leadership development program for senior managers,
is a certified Leadership Circle coach for program participants, facilitates online courses (internal), provides DiSC® Training for individuals and teams, and
supports HR digital functions and projects.
She enjoys achieving clear goals and encouraging learners, leaders and followers to develop,
collaborate and connect.
