DEI: Where Do We Go From Here?

In 2024, there became a renewed focus on removing DEI work
within the workplace. Many companies have recently decided to
shift language, draw back, or fully eliminate DEI initiatives
from their strategic priorities. During this session, we will discuss:

  • What is happening in your company/work?
  • What has been the impact of these potential shifts?
  • How do we work through the challenges we face?

next Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion SIG is March 20

ABOUT THE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION SIG

We provide a forum for COATD members to gain knowledge, learn about best practices, and share resources with one another. In addition, this forum will champion the efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion for talent development professionals to embrace our multicultural workforce.
