Please join us for our November Professional Development Event: I Am an Imposter
Event Description:
Do you have that nagging feeling of self-doubt and inadequacy despite the plentiful evidence of success? It is time we talk about a common yet an overlooked challenge in the workplace. Imposter Syndrome. What is it? What challenges does it create? How do we support? Can we help flip the script?
Let’s give space for authenticity, foster open communication, provide opportunities, promote growth mindset, and celebrate achievements. We can help staff build confidence and truly realize their potential.
