Intent and outcome - those are the keys for successful learning.  Today's learners need to survive in environments where change is continual, their skills may not be valued tomorrow, and their effectiveness depends on targeted training opportunities.

As organizations demand improved alignment of training with business outcomes and performance measures, the shelf-life for learning content grows shorter.  We've moved from classroom to e-Learning to virtual formats.  Performance support and harnessing the informal domain is the charge of our times.  Our challenge: implement innovative redesigns of our teams, deliverables, and how we evaluate our effectiveness.

Join Dr. Conrad Gottfredson, Chief Learning Strategist at Ontuitive, for insights into helping learners achieve personal and organizational goals. During his 30 years of experience working with organizations, he focused on leadership development, organizational learning, instructional design, knowledge management, and content development.  He pioneered development and delivery methods for just-in-time learning from a single source of content.  Dr. Gottfredson has a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology.
