Join us for the next Independent Consultant SIG with special guest presenter Ryan Frick, Business Librarian at the Columbus Metropolitan Library.

Ryan will present about CML's Business and Nonprofit Resource Center which works one-on-one with business owners, helping them with research for their business and marketing plans.

Our SIG Mission:

To foster collaboration and continuous learning among a diverse group of independent professionals working to make a positive impact in the field of learning & development.

Our IC SIG is led by Jennifer Zell - a learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience. As a project manager, she has led the development and implementation of a variety of blended programs. She has administered learning management systems and facilitates virtually and in person. Jennifer is currently an adjunct professor at Maryville University of St. Louis, an instructional designer at Burton Planning Services, and founder and instructional design consultant at Creative Learning Solutions, LLC.
