Jennifer Zell is a learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience serving organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. As a project manager, she has led the development and implementation of leadership programs, new-to-role onboarding programs, and new store opening programs, with a focus on performance outcomes that support the organization’s business goals. Jennifer excels at developing blended learning programs with self-paced learning elements that support experiential learning opportunities. She has administered learning management systems that house the self-paced components and skillfully facilitates learning experiences virtually and in person.  

Jennifer worked as a learning and development manager at White Castle for 17 years. She volunteered as a board member for the North American Simulation & Gaming Association (NASAGA) for eight years and Boy Scouts of America Pack 3017 for two years, serving as treasurer for both organizations. She is currently an adjunct professor at Maryville University of St. Louis, an instructional designer at Burton Planning Services, and founder and instructional design consultant at Creative Learning Solutions, LLC.
