Many companies like to grow in staff from small to medium, to large – but what are the predictable cycles at each point in this journey? Come join us as COATD member and local expert, Richard Needles, shares the stages of organizational growth. He will also cover:

• the classic stages of organizational growth from start up to maturity with an emphasis on the transitions and risks
• the Greiner Growth Curve, its current relevancy and product life cycles
• the implications of financial predictions and
• the critical talent management issues as organizations evolve

About our presenter:

Richard Needles launched his coaching and consulting company, Productive People Strategies, LLC in 2006 after a 28-year corporate career highlighted by executive HR roles at Battelle and then Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sterling Commerce. Richard founded a leadership university and led people integration for 9 mergers and acquisitions across 5 global subsidiaries in 21 countries. Richard is an honors graduate of the Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration / Labor & Human Resources. Richard received his Birkman certification in 2006, Advanced certification in 2013 and currently serves on the Birkman CEO Consultant Advisory Committee. Richard became a Marshall Goldsmith© Certified Executive Coach in 2014.
