Come join us for the bi-monthly Organizational Development SIG lead by Mary Held.

This month we have another program based on your interests:

Competency Models: Still Valuable or Passé?

Competencies have been the building blocks of many development opportunities, but are they still the norm? Join us for this interactive session to explore how organizations leverage competencies as part of their development strategies. This meeting will be led by our very own member, Ray Justice. Come prepared with questions and/or share what you know!

About our presenter:

Ray Justice currently serves as the statewide Administrator for Learning and Talent Development at the Ohio Department of Administrative Services’ State Human Resources Division, directing both leadership and professional development programs. He has worked in State government since 2012, previously serving as the statewide Program Manager for Performance Management and Development. Earlier, he worked in the private sector for ten years in the publishing, financial services, and insurance fields. Ray has an MBA from Ashland University as well as a BA in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University along with four professional certifications.
