2023 Expert Panel Review
It’s been a stimulating year for the COATD D&I SIG! We have hosted a variety of guests that have spoken on various topics within the DE&I space. This group of extraordinary professionals, educators, and advocates have given COATD members the ability to expand their learning in areas such as: sharing of a transgender person coming out in the workplace, embracing disabilities, levering intersectionality, understanding macro stressors and mental health. September’s session will give members the opportunity to gain further insights into this past years subjects. Come ask your deeper questions to the panel who presented earlier this year, and discover ways to utilize this information within your respective organizations.
