This month we have another special program:

There are many macro stressors that can effect workday distress and fatigue. Stressors may include career development and ambiguity. Wondering how to identify the most significant Macro Stressors and learn how to reduce their effect at work? Join Michelle Abraham, PhD as she covers this growing and important topic. Come prepared with questions and/or share what you know!

About the Diversity and Inclusion SIG:
We provide a forum for COATD members to gain knowledge, learn about best practices, and share resources with one another. In addition, this forum will champion the efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion for talent development professionals to embrace our multicultural workforce.
