This talk will address the skills and competencies both leaders and followers need to develop and apply to be highly effective in today’s workplace environment. The specific leadership theories of transformational and servant leadership will be explained and demonstrated for application in multiple 21^st century management settings. Additionally, the evolution of earlier leadership theories and practices will be highlighted for their key attributes and contributions to modern management practices.

Bio:

Dr. Tim Reymann serves as the program chair for the Doctor of Business Administration program at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. He has served as a full-time faculty member at the university for 26 years. He holds a Doctor of Organization Management degree from Capella University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin University.
