Come join us for our bi-monthly Leadership Development SIG led by Adam Bowman and assisted by Rich James.

This month we are excited to announce a special program:

How do we foster engagement, work meaning, and professional identities

in a distributed workplace?

The Leadership Development SIG heard our members and we responded. This month our topic will be led by our own guest speaker Debbie Hrubec. Since this is her Ph.D. dissertation topic, the presentation should be extra engaging! We hope you can attend and ask plenty of questions about this timely and relevant subject.

About Debbie Hrubec, Ph.D.

A recent graduate of the University of Illinois in the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, she continues to teach for the university today. She has been a member of Central Ohio ATD for a year now and has become more involved and engaged in the learning and development community. In fact, Debbie has been a regular at most of our Special Interest Group meetings.
