This month will be a panelist discussion titled “Lifting Up Women in the Workplace”
March is Women’s History month. It’s been celebrated in the United States since 1987 to honor women’s contributions. Join us for an exciting panel discussion focused on lifting up women in the workplace, led by SIG leaders: Ankit Shah and Seema Patel. Our three panelists will be: Kelly Fuller, Bernice Lee and Niketa Alvina.

Here is a little information about our special panelists:
Kelly Fuller, is VP of Talent Development & Workforce Development at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce allowing her to continue connecting businesses to many under represented talent. She has over 25 years in talent and workforce development, from public education in the career tech space, to the launch of the Discover Card where she served in several L& D roles.
Bernice Marin Lee, is Senior Philanthropy Advisor for Grant Medical Center at OhioHealth and provides leadership for Community Health fundraising efforts. Prior to her current position she served as the Senior Director of Development at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where she led fundraising efforts for the Department of Internal Medicine.
Niketa Alvina, is a Manager in Information Security at Cardinal Health where she leads a team of about 20 individuals. In this role, she develops strategy, sets direction on the IT Privacy Program and more. Prior to her current role she held several leadership positions in IT Auditing, Internal Auditing and Information Security - for Ernst and Young, Nationwide and more.

We provide a forum for COATD members to gain knowledge, learn about best practices, and share resources with one another. In addition, this forum will champion the efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion for talent development professionals to embrace our multicultural workforce.
