Presentation Topic:  Demonstrating Learning Impact in 2022

Guest Speaker: Brian Schmidt

“As we continue to move forward in uncertain times through an ever-evolving landscape of training and development, one thing remains certain, measurable outcomes.

During this session, we will discuss how to continue to drive training and development that has an impact and still points back to our learning objectives.  As learning professionals, we want to continue to demonstrate to our companies or clients, there is a return on investment in training, and that the individuals who are being trained are able to meet key performance indicators.”
