Giving Back

For our last meeting this year we will discuss the importance of feedback, how to give feedback and different skills to improve our feedback. Bring your questions and experiences for a robust discussion!

Adam serves as a lead consultant on leadership at Sedgwick, primarily designing and facilitating leadership development programs and coaching. He is an expert in curriculum, leadership development models and strategies for large and small companies.

About the Leadership Development SIG:
Leadership and management are two very different things. No successful organization would be where it is today without effective leadership; it’s almost always one of the main and primary drivers for growth, development, and innovation. Join us to discuss topics such as current leadership trends, how we are training the leaders of today and tomorrow, how good leaders motivate their employees, and the importance of emotional intelligence.
