Featuring Guest Speaker: Michelle Reese

Michelle’s experience is based on a career of integrating technology, process, and people for better performance. When she built information systems (IT), she noticed how it wasn’t like the movie Field of Dreams where Kevin Costner heard, “If you build it, they will come.” In fact, sometimes they didn't "come" to use it because of insufficient training, incentive misalignment, lack of communication, fear of failure, and the list goes on. That's when she became fully committed to focus on the human performance aspects of change. Now, she carries those lessons into her role as a Client Success Executive for Covail, a tech company in the cybersecurity and intelligent automation space.
