This month's topic is Organizational Justice and Fairness

Fairness is an important element that leaders need to consider within their organization. Fairness is a critical component to such factors as diversity and inclusion, employee satisfaction, and engagement. The challenge with fairness is that it is based on the perception of the members in the organization. This can be a challenge for leaders to develop and maintain fairness within their team and organizations. In this month’s SIG we will discuss fairness or what we call “organizational justice”, the elements of in organizations, and how leaders can manage it.

About the Leadership Development SIG:
Leadership and management are two very different things. No successful organization would be where it is today without effective leadership; it’s almost always one of the main and primary drivers for growth, development, and innovation. Join us to discuss topics such as current leadership trends, how we are training the leaders of today and tomorrow, how good leaders motivate their employees, and the importance of emotional intelligence.
