Description:

Just as chemical reactions can be volatile, change can be disruptive and chaotic. It is best to take a meticulous near-scientific approach to change. That’s where the Periodic Table of Change Management can be of benefit.

Seasoned professionals as well as novices can use the periodic table to ensure results and keep projects on track.

During this session, you will learn how to apply the Elements of Change and go from guess work to lab work. Proficiently managed change management projects are six times more likely to stay on budget and meet their timeframe goals.

About our Speaker:

Brian Schmidt is a Prosci-certified principal consultant with more than 20 years of experience in change management and training development. Brian is also a member of the Central Ohio ATD Chapter.
