Julie Fox joined National Church Residences in 2003 to launch the Education Department and the National Church Residences University. Ms. Fox earned her Certified Professional of Learning and Performance (CPLP), is a  Master Certified Leadership Development Coach and published author. Ms. Fox currently serves with National Church Residences as the Vice President of Employee Engagement and Leadership Development for the Office of Employee Engagement: Culture, Leadership, Equity and Inclusion.

Danielle Willis has been a part of the mission at National Church Residences since 2013.  Ms. Willis served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, with responsibility for employee relations, recruiting, payroll and benefits.  In this role, she partnered with operational leaders to achieve strategic goals through engagement of 2800 employees throughout the organization in 25 states and Puerto Rico.  In October 2020, Ms. Willis was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Employee Engagement and Chief Diversity Officer.

Together through the operationalization of servant leadership, Danielle and Julie will partner with leadership to foster and sustain a highly-engaged, agile and inclusive culture that promotes and empowers the delivery of equality.
