November Event - The Importance of Risk In Learning & Development

We learn the most at our growth edge.  However, edges can feel risky - an our mind and body respond accordingly.  So how can we create learning environments where ambiguity and risk become part of the norm?  The solution is a culture of psychological safety.  When individuals feel safe, then real growth become possible. Brandi Lust, the founder of Learning Lab Consulting and the author of Myths of Being Human: Four Paths to Connect with What Matters.   With a background and passion for teaching Brandi has over a decade of experience in education.
