We learn the most at our growth edge.  However, edges can feel risky - an our mind and body respond accordingly.  So how can we create learning environments where ambiguity and risk become part of the norm?  The solution is a culture of psychological safety.  When individuals feel safe, then real growth become possible. In this talk, learn about the research behind psychological safety, and gain tools for immediate implementation in your own work community. 

Our Presenter:

Brandi Lust, the founder of Learning Lab Consulting and the author of Myths of Being Human: Four Paths to Connect with What Matters.   With a background and passion for teaching Brandi has over a decade of experience in education. Over those years, her roles include classroom teacher, an instructional coach, and a facilitator of adult learning.  She has Bachelor’s degree in English from The Ohio State University and earned her M.A.Ed. from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  https://www.brandilust.com/
