The ASTD Instructional Design and Technologies Forum is dedicated to providing instructional design and development professionals access to information, learning opportunities, and a shared user community.  The goal is to connect instructional design and development professionals to:

  • promote a better understanding of our field
  • provide networking opportunities
  • troubleshoot challenges together
  • share lessons learned
  • give and receive support from peers

This session will cover the ADDIE model – A Sharing of Best Practice Roundtable and will be led by Mark Zedella. The ADDIE model is the process traditionally used by instructional designers and training developers. The five phases - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation - represent a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. This session will consist of all attendees sharing best practices from their jobs related to ADDIE.

Leader: Contact Julie Blust (julie.blust@cardinalhealth.com) for more details. She is a Performance Management Manager at Cardinal.
