This session will cover the ADDIE model – A Sharing of Best Practice Roundtable and will be led by Mark Zedella. The ADDIE model is the process traditionally used by instructional designers and training developers. The five phases - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation - represent a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. This session will consist of all attendees sharing best practices from their jobs related to ADDIE.
