One-day Workshop 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Columbus State Community College, Center for Workforce Development, West Ballroom
The secret of continuing success for all of us in today’s ever-changing world is this: Never Stop Learning. This workshop will make you more successful as a designer and/or facilitator of learning programs while having more fun doing it.
To that end you will learn how to greatly speed design time and create highly effective learning experiences that get people totally involved and produce extraordinary results.
The workshop will expose you to the latest research into the human learning process and give you a wealth of practical ideas you can use right away.
There will be no spectators at this workshop. Using the Accelerated Learning format, you will work with others to redesign a portion of your curriculum that you can use immediately to improve learning on the job.
You’ll receive two free books by Dave – The Accelerated Learning Handbook (an industry best seller), and the just published The Presenter’s Jiffy Guide for Effective Knowledge Transfer.
Are accelerated learning methods effective? Workshop graduate Jaymes Sorenson of Apple has this to say: “The Accelerated Learning methodology is the cornerstone of our most innovative and effective learning programs.”
And Robert Browning, a senior training consultant at McGraw-Hill, remarked: “Thanks for the brilliant workshop. I’ve been in the training game for 30 years now and this is by far the best of the best.”
