The Greater Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Talent Development is sponsoring a workshop w/ Dr. Sivasailam “Thiagi” Thiagarajan. Dr. Thiagi is founder and Resident Mad Scientist at The Thiagi Group, an organization with the mission of helping people improve their performance effectively and enjoyably. Thiagi served as the editor of International Society for Performance Improvement's (ISPI) Performance & Instruction for more than 10 years. He has written a monthly GameLetter for 15 years; it currently appears as the GameBlog on www.thiagi.com.

This program consists of an evening program on May 4 and/or an all-day workshop on May 5.
