Job Description

Key duties of this role are:

Formulate and implement curriculum development procedures for the QID/EXCEL Academy
Design and develop e-learning content for courses within learning management system including storyboards, outlines, scripts, slides, and
interactive elements such as graphics creation and videos
Conduct regular reviews & tests courses for performance to ensure effectiveness of training materials and learner engagement
Serves as a liaison for EXCEL Academy stakeholders and contractors for e-learning troubleshooting

Qualifications

18 mos. exp. preparing & delivering informational & instructional programs for adults using instructional design model & doing & analyzing performance needs assessments.
Or completion of associate core program in instructional design, adult learning, education, instructional technology, or related field.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications noted above.
