This is a new role in our growing company. The L&D manager will work with management teams and L & D Coordinators to identify and assess training needs and gaps for US Organization. This role will help implement learning/training strategies and programs, helping with content design, program delivery, career paths STEP program, performance management and on the job training. They will help identify, develop, implement and evaluate key learning and development initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and offices using various learning platforms to be determined. Takes part in conducting training programs and assists with the development of training materials, including manuals and job aids. The ideal candidate will be able to partner with the Management, HR Leadership and other HR team members to build a world class Learning and Organization Development team that offers custom and off the shelf learning and development solutions.
