Client Relationship Manager - Leverage

Relationship Manager At Leverage HR, we partner with organizations to build diverse leadership teams and transform cultures through custom Leadership Development, Leader & Team Coaching, and Diversity|Equity|Inclusion (DEI) solutions. What we offer:

  • Part-Time (approximately 15-20 hours per week); Flexible scheduling
  • Work remotely (Anywhere in the Northeast USA)

  • $20/hour


  • Build and submit proposals for public and private sector opportunities. This includes activities such as:

o Create easy to manage templates from existing proposal library. This includes organizing references, consultant bios, images, timelines, and more.

o Create and manage a calendar timeline for proposal Q&A calls, proposal draft for partner review, proofread proposal and final submission deadlines.

o Frame new proposals following RFP guidelines and using existing templates. This requires attention to detail, ability to interpret requirements, and proofreading skills.

  • Work with and support firm Partners by supporting key customers through activities such as:

o Leadership development program management;

o Administer coach match process; and

o Meeting scheduling

  • Proactively conduct business development initiatives using LinkedIn and other tools to build brand awareness and eminence. This includes:

o Writing or promoting blogs

o Conducting research for articles


  • Relevant experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people - internally and externally
  • Strong client service ethic; ability to pick up phone or get on Zoom with clients and consultants to manage opportunities, changes, or challenges.
  • Technical savvy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Relationship Management and/or Human Resources preferred
