Training Analyst - T.Marzetti

The Training Analyst is accountable for assisting in the creation, development and testing of training and communications artifacts to support functionality. They will engage with key client stakeholders to execute strategies for personal development and provide requirement and design related assistance and engage with end users to help design system functionality to support the client mission requirement(s).The Training Analyst is versed in current digital adoption technology and platforms to drive development of sustainable learning and performance assets.


  • Assesses training needs of the organization, department and end user. Assists in the analysis and evaluation of existing or proposed systems, workflows and processes; works collaboratively to define future state workflows
  • Serves as a liaison between training and IT to coordinate needs assessments, impact analyses, resource utilization, system requirements and integration methodologies.
  • Delivers training to various audiences (new hires, refresher training, skill enhancement and system update training). Responsible for managing moderately, complex applications training issues and problems; provides technical support in response to user issues and questions pertaining to training, functionality, operations, input/output, reporting and general operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Change Lead to review Change Impacts Assessment and integrate into the Training Strategy and Plan, in addition to coordinating system change communications; keeps end users up to date on system changes or updates throughout a project or upgrade.
  • Assists in the development of change management strategies and training needs.
  • Provides and recommends creative solutions to processes and procedures for enhancements, additions, or modifications to improve clinical systems. Advises the build teams on any such system enhancements or modifications
  • Work closely with end-users to identify optimization opportunities and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and conduct training needs assessments, role mapping and target operating model
  • Execute the Training Plan per the End User Training Strategy; Delivers Train-the-Trainer,and  End User Training programs
  • Provide support in the train-the-trainer sessions and supports super user/trainer preparation activities


  • Bachelor's or associate degree required, with 2+ years of technical education experience (Instructor Led Training, e-learning CBTs, Training Videos, and training documents)
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Possess excellent data gathering, analysis and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Strong MS Office skills - MPP, Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, SharePoint, Articulate Storyline, Vyond proficiency
  • At minimum, one training development tool experience (Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, uPerform)
  • Digital Adoption Platform Experience (SAP Enable Now, WalkMe) preferred and a plus
  • Experience interacting with customers to gather and understand their training, business and technical requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining complex schedules
  • ERP implementation experience preferred
  • Travel a must
  • Background in L&D, instructional design or content creation

Salary range is $75K - $85K
